We use your information to: • Provide, maintain, and improve the Amosclaud platform • Process account registration and authentication • Enable social features (feed, chat, calls, live streaming) • Operate the coin economy and reward system • Power AI features and improve AI response quality • Send service notifications and security alerts • Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security threats • Comply with legal obligations • Generate anonymized analytics to improve the platform
Your data is protected by industry-standard security measures: • Passwords: Hashed using bcrypt with secure salt rounds — we never store plain text passwords • Authentication: JSON Web Tokens (JWT) with secure signing keys • Database: PostgreSQL with SSL/TLS encrypted connections • Transit: All data transmitted over HTTPS with TLS 1.2+ • Server: Hosted on Render with managed security infrastructure • Access: Role-based access control — only authorized administrators can access system data • Backups: Regular automated database backups with encryption
We do NOT sell your personal data to third parties. We may share data only in these cases: • AI Processing: Minimal, anonymized data is sent to AI providers (Groq) to process your AI requests — they do not store this data • Legal Requirements: When required by law, court order, or governmental authority • Safety: To protect the rights, safety, or property of Amosclaud Inc. or its users • Consent: When you explicitly consent to sharing specific data • Aggregated Data: We may share anonymized, aggregated statistics that cannot identify individuals

We use browser local storage and session tokens to maintain your login session and preferences. We do not use third-party tracking cookies. Essential storage is required for the platform to function properly.
Amosclaud is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover such data has been collected, we will delete it promptly. Parents may contact us to request deletion of their child's data.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law. Anonymized analytics data may be retained indefinitely.
Your data may be processed and stored in servers located in the United States. By using Amosclaud, you consent to this data transfer. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for international data transfers.
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify users of significant changes via in-app notification or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
