Amosclaud Inc. — Registration Certificate: AMC-2025-001
By accessing or using the Amosclaud platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Amosclaud Inc.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement. Users under 18 must have parental consent.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activities under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
You retain ownership of content you create and share on Amosclaud. By posting content, you grant Amosclaud Inc. a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content within the platform. You may not post content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
Amosclaud Coins are a virtual currency within the platform. Coins have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash. Amosclaud Inc. reserves the right to modify coin values, earning rates, and redemption options at any time. Coins are non-transferable outside the platform.
Amosclaud provides AI-powered features including AI Studio and the Amos AI Assistant. AI-generated responses are provided "as-is" without guarantee of accuracy. You should not rely on AI output for critical decisions. AI interactions may be logged to improve service quality.
Live streaming features are subject to community guidelines. You may not stream content that violates these Terms or applicable laws. Amosclaud Inc. reserves the right to terminate streams that violate guidelines without prior notice.
Chat, voice calls, and video calls are provided for personal communication between users. You may not use these features for spam, harassment, or unauthorized commercial purposes. Amosclaud Inc. does not monitor private communications but may investigate reported violations.
The Amosclaud platform, including its software, design, logos, and trademarks, is the exclusive property of Amosclaud Inc., protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the Service.
Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to our collection and use of data as described therein.
You may not: (a) violate any laws; (b) infringe intellectual property rights; (c) transmit malware or viruses; (d) attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems; (e) use bots or automated tools without permission; (f) impersonate others; (g) engage in any activity that disrupts the Service.
Amosclaud Inc. may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. AMOSCLAUD INC. DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
IN NO EVENT SHALL AMOSCLAUD INC. BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
